  1. Introduction Welcome to waituntillater.com (“the Website”). This Website is operated by Silja Litvin (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and facilitates a parent-led pledge initiative at TASIS in Portugal. By accessing and using this Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Data Collection and Use 2.1. As part of the pledge initiative, we collect the following data:
  • Parent’s full name
  • Parent’s email address
  • Child’s full name
  • Child’s class
  • Child’s birth year

2.2. The collected data is used solely for the purpose of administering the pledge initiative, facilitating communication among pledged parents, and enabling the school and organisers to manage participation.

  1. Data Access and Sharing 3.1. Data is only accessible to:
  • Parents who have pledged
  • The organisers of the pledge initiative

3.2. Data will not be shared with non-pledged parents, third parties, or external entities under any circumstances.

  1. Data Protection and Compliance 4.1. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese data protection laws. 4.2. Your personal data will be stored securely and will not be used for purposes other than those stated in these Terms and Conditions. 4.3. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard the data from unauthorised access or misuse.
  2. User Responsibilities 5.1. By submitting data, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to share your child’s details. 5.2. You must not share access to the data with non-pledged parents or external parties.
  3. Data Retention and Deletion 6.1. Data will be retained for the duration of the pledge initiative. 6.2. Upon completion of the initiative, data will be deleted unless further retention is required by law or necessary for ongoing initiatives with consent. 6.3. Parents may request the removal of their data at any time by contacting help@waituntillater.com.
  4. Rights of Data Subjects 7.1. As per GDPR, you have the right to:
  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) if you believe your data is not being handled lawfully

The organiser shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this Website or participation in the pledge initiative. 8.2. The organiser does not assume responsibility for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or loss of data beyond the security measures implemented in compliance with GDPR. 8.3. Participation in the pledge initiative is entirely voluntary, and users accept full responsibility for any risks involved.
